Our community-based mentoring serves youth ages 7-17 and in all five boroughs. By matching a caring adult mentor, a "Big", to an NYC youth, a "Little", they spend 8 hours a month in their community building their relationship and taking steps toward achieving their S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound) goals.
