Now that you have verified that there is no spark, it’s time to begin troubleshooting. 2. Make Sure the Kill Switch Is On. The ATV will not create a spark when the kill switch is off. Put a little fuel starter in inlet to carb (remove air cleaner, spray a few seconds, place filter back on then try starting). It's fuel injected and you can jump across the solenoid and it will turn over that way but it's not firing and I'm getting power to the solenoid when you turn the key but it won't turn over and I replaced the solenoid along with a programmable ecm that's a plug in play ecm.
