He also has the decency to bring strong damage buffs to simplify hitting damage thresholds.While low attack on an offensive servant is disappointing, the stat spread fits perfectly with Cleo’s sustain-oriented kit, so it’s somewhat forgivable. Cleo’s NP gain is absurdly good. Her Arts card is fairly typical for her deck, at 2.12%, but her Quicks are excellent at 4.24% and her Extra is a ridiculous 6.36%. Usage Tips: Fran is a point servant for Quick teams, and despite her defensive utility she’s primarily built to move fast. Skadi is, of course, a great partner for her—Fran loves the Quick buff, and Skadi’s battery can cover a turn of bad card luck—but Fran’s unusual kit means she can also function well with more atypical partners. If you really like her, she can do well enough in lower-difficulty fights, but without a substantial buff down the line, she’s not going to be able to handle top-end content.
